       Shelly Vander Veen, CPF CEODedicating 29 years to the Claremont Police Department and retiring as Police Chief in 2021, Shelly achieved a groundbreaking rise through the ranks. She set a historic milestone as the department's first female promoted above Corporal. Living in Claremont for six years, her contributions have deeply enriched the community's tapestry.

       Tom Cerafice - PresidentTom Cerafice is a lifelong Claremont resident and owner of 4 C’s Finecraft Jewelers. After graduating from Claremont High and gaining decades of experience with national jewelry companies, he brought his expertise home and opened 4 C’s in 1999. The store continues to thrive in Claremont Village, serving the community where Tom and his family have made their home for over 50 years. The Cerafice family remains deeply committed to supporting local causes, especially through fundraising for organizatins close to their hearts.

       Helaine Goldwater, CPF Vice-PresidentA resident of Claremont for over 50 years and a business owner for four decades, Helaine has dedicated herself to enriching her community. As the first-ever Chairperson of the Claremont Police Commission, she's also volunteered with Meals on Wheels, AYSO, and Little League while serving on Claremont school committees, CERT, and the Police Department's Community Patrol.

       Bill Buehler, CPF TreasurerServing 20 years as a volunteer engineer with the Mt. Baldy Fire Department while also employed by the U.S. Dept. of Treasury, Bill later became a self-employed tax consultant. As the Inland Empire Area Coordinator for "Firefighters Quest for Burn Survivors," he's been instrumental in helping the organization raise over $3M for the cause. An Air Force veteran, he's also been an officer in the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corp for the last seven years. A Claremont resident for 27 years, Bill's multifaceted contributions are a testament to his commitment to community and service.

       Joyce Sauter, Board MemberWith over five decades as a Claremont resident, Joyce is a pillar of community service. She's volunteered with notable programs such as CLASP, CHAP, and Meals-On-Wheels, and has also taken active roles in the Police Department's Community Patrol and local hospice care. Joyce is the founder of CPF and served as President for two years.
